1. Return & Exchange Policy
At
autopartssavita.com (Savita Auto), we aim to provide high-quality two-wheeler spare parts. We accept returns and exchanges for both defective/damaged items and non-defective items (Customer Remorse), subject to the strict conditions outlined below.
2. Return Conditions (For Defective/Wrong Items)
If you received a physically damaged part during transit or an incorrect item (wrong model/part), the following rules apply:
- Return Window: You must report the issue and request a return within 3 days of delivery.
- Item Condition (New Only): The product must be Unused and Uninstalled. Parts showing grease marks, scratches, or signs of being fitted on a vehicle will not be eligible for return.
- Mandatory Unboxing Video: A clear Unboxing Video is required to serve as proof for our courier insurance and verification.
3. How to Initiate a Return (For Defective/Wrong Items)
- Step 1: Email us at [email protected] with your Order ID and the Unboxing Video showing the damage or the wrong part.
- Step 2: Once verified, we will arrange a 3rd Party Courier Pick-up. We cover the return shipping costs (No cost to you) for defective or wrong items.
4. Customer Responsibility for Returns (Customer Remorse / Non-Defective)
If you wish to return a product due to a change of mind, ordering the wrong part by mistake, or if the item is no longer needed, we accept returns under these strict terms:
- Return Window: You must request the return within 3 days of delivery.
- Item Condition (New Only): Returns are only accepted if the product is in its original, unopened, and resalable packaging.
- Return Method & Label: The return process is the Customer’s Responsibility. You must arrange and pay for the return shipping (By mail/courier) to send the item back to our warehouse.
- Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees (No cost).
- Shipping Costs: The initial shipping charges paid at the time of order are non-refundable. Only the product value will be refunded.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following cases are strictly
NOT eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:
- Electrical Components: Bulbs, CDI units, Wiring harnesses, sensors, etc. (No returns due to electrical sensitivity).
- Any part that has been used, greased, or installed on a bike.
6. Refund & Replacement Process
Once the returned item reaches our warehouse and passes the quality check:
- Replacement: We will ship the correct/fresh part to you (subject to availability).
- Refund: If you requested a refund, it will be issued to your Original Payment Method (UPI/Bank Transfer/Card).
- Timeline: Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to be processed and reflect in your account.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order for a full refund before it leaves our warehouse.
- After Dispatch: Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled. You will need to follow the ‘Customer Remorse’ return process (See Section 4) once it is delivered.
