2. Order Processing & Handling Time
We process orders as quickly as possible. Please note our operational schedule:
- Handling Time: Orders are processed within 1 to 2 Business Days.
- Fulfillment Days: Tuesday to Sunday.
- Order Cut-off Time: 1:00 PM IST. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
- Weekly Holiday: Our warehouse remains closed on Mondays. Orders placed on Monday will be processed on Tuesday.
3. Estimated Transit & Total Delivery Time
We provide
doorstep delivery across India via our trusted courier partners.
- Transit Time: 1 to 7 Business Days (depending on your delivery PIN code).
- Transit Days: Monday to Sunday.
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: Handling Time (1-2 Days) + Transit Time (1-7 Days) = 2 to 9 Business Days.
- Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be delayed slightly due to unforeseen logistical issues, public holidays, or extreme weather conditions.
4. Shipping Costs & Transparent Pricing
We do not have hidden charges. Our shipping costs are calculated dynamically:
- Calculation: The shipping fee is determined automatically at checkout based on your delivery PIN code and the dimensional weight of your complete order.
- Currency & Taxes: All shipping rates are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR, ₹) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes. The final cost will be clearly displayed on the Checkout Page before payment.
5. Courier Partners & Order Tracking
- To ensure the safe delivery of fragile mechanical parts, we partner with reputed courier services including Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, and India Post.
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email and SMS containing your real-time Tracking ID.
6. Shipping Restrictions
- Domestic Only: Currently, we ship products only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this moment.
- P.O. Boxes: We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a complete residential or commercial address.
7. Address Accuracy & Non-Delivery
- Customers must provide a complete shipping address with a valid House Number, Street, Landmark, and exact PIN Code.
- We are not responsible for delayed or non-delivery if the address provided is incorrect or incomplete. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-shipping charges will apply.
8. Damaged or Missing Items (Important)
If you receive a package that appears visibly damaged, crushed, or tampered with:
- Do not accept the package from the delivery executive if the main seal is broken.
- Record an Unboxing Video: It is mandatory to record an un-cut video while opening the parcel. This serves as vital proof for insurance claims in case of missing or damaged parts.
- Contact our support team immediately within 3 days of delivery (as per our Return Policy).
